A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is the legal document that allows you to choose the people you want to make decisions on your behalf should you ever be unable to do so. Putting an LPA in place now can provide peace of mind and protection for you and your family in the future. Two different types of LPA is:

The Estate not liable for inheritance tax because below exemption (currently £325,000 or with transfer of unused inheritance tax spouse allowance ) currently £650,000. For an estate with a house, several bank accounts and several beneficiaries.
The legal fee is £1,950 plus VAT of £390 and a Probate Court fee of
