A Power of Attorney is a formal legal document that allows you ("the Donor") to appoint someone to act on your behalf ("an Attorney") to make decisions for you. Those decisions may be in respect of your property and financial affairs or your health and welfare.
We all like to be in control. However, nobody knows what the future holds. Old age, accident, physical or mental illness may make it difficult or even impossible to look after yourself or your financial affairs. By putting in place a Lasting Power of Attorney you can choose who you would like to make decisions on your behalf.
We offer a first class service in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. (both finance and welfare)
